Ingredients
Chicken Boneless 500 grams
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
National Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
National Salt 1 tsp
National Red pepper powder 1 tsp
National Coriander powder 1 tbsp
National Turmeric powder 1 tsp
National Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
National Vinegar 1 tsp
Farmaish Oil 1-2 tsp
Coal (for smoke)
Marinate the chicken and cook it until completely done.
Dough:
Flour 2 cups
All purpose flour 2 cups
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1tsp
Farmaish Oil 1-2 tbsp oil
Warm water 1/2 – 1 cup as needed
Make a dough and parathas
Sauce:
Garlic mayo – 1/2 cup
Mayo – 1/2 cup
Ketchup – 1/4 cup
Cream 3 tbsp.
Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
Salt 1-2tsp (as per taste)
Black pepper: 1-2tsp
Mix together.
Cheese sauce:
Butter 2 tbsp
flour 1 tbsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Cream 1/4 cup
Cheese 50g or 3tbsp
Preparation
Mix to make a sauce
layer paratha with Cheese sauce, sauce and chicken filling, roll and enjoy!
